What is the delivery time?

Delivery to your address takes between 24 and 72 hours on working days (defined as Monday to Friday during business hours) for domestic deliveries, excluding the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands; in these regions, delivery takes between 48 and 96 hours on working days. No deliveries are made at weekends or on public holidays.

The delivery time stated applies to all items in the shop, with the exception of made-to-measure products, made-to-order items and items that are out of stock; the delivery time for these will depend on the type of product.

Large and particularly delicate items will be delivered by a door-to-door courier service to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges will vary depending on the items included in each order.

Can I change the delivery address?

It will not be possible to change the delivery address once the order has been collected by the relevant courier company, unless the customer bears the costs and this is expressly agreed between the parties.
