The shipping quotation may also be affected if access conditions are complicated.
Before confirming the order, it is very important to ensure that the furniture can be brought in through all access points: entrances, doors, elevators, and stairways, up to the chosen location.

We recommend following the instructions below to avoid any issues or possible returns on the delivery day, as these would be at the customer’s expense:

1. Confirm that access areas are clear and wide enough for the furniture to pass through.
2. It is important to measure along the entire route the width and height of all access points such as entrances, stairways (width, height, and railings), turns, landings, and passages inside the house to ensure they are wide enough for the furniture. Compare all these measurements with the dimensions of the furniture to confirm there is sufficient space for it to fit.
3. Measure the width, height, and depth of the elevator doors and cabin if the elevator is to be used.
4. If the furniture does not fit into the house, Rue Vintage 74 S.L. will not be responsible for the return costs, and all transportation expenses and potential damages will be borne by the customer.
5. If the furniture does not fit into the house and an external lift is required to bring it inside, Rue Vintage 74 S.L. will not cover the associated cost.

Our garden collection is 100% handcrafted, designed with the imperfections inherent in the process. This isn't technically outdoor furniture, but it can still thrive outdoors, as the iron is powder-coated and designed to withstand moderate outdoor exposure.

Both Zellige and travertine will age, revealing their natural beauty. In winter, it is recommended to cover the furniture, as rain and sudden temperature changes can damage it. Furniture containing iron, in addition to being covered in winter, requires annual maintenance of its paint to compensate for the rust that is typical of wrought iron. Cotton fabrics and fillings are not suitable for outdoor use and should be stored indoors.
