Our garden collection is 100% handcrafted and designed with the imperfections inherent in its manufacturing process. This isn't technically outdoor furniture; however, the iron is powder-coated, suitable for exposure to sunlight and moderate rain. Both the Zellige and travertine will age, revealing their natural beauty. In winter, it's recommended to cover them, as rain and sudden temperature changes can damage the furniture.
Furniture containing iron, in addition to being covered in winter, requires annual maintenance of its paint to compensate for the rust that is inherent in the natural life of wrought iron. Cushion and mattress covers are made with technical fabrics for outdoor spaces, but should always be stored indoors, away from moisture, when not in use. If stored outdoors in damp conditions, the fabric will deteriorate rapidly. The fillings are not technical, to enhance their comfort. It is recommended that limestone floors be protected with felt. As these are handcrafted pieces, they may contain slight irregularities and imperfections inherent to the artisanal creation process. The pieces may differ slightly from the images as they are unique, handmade creations.
It is important that Zellige furniture covered with plastic covers outdoors is not left in the sun for long periods of time at high temperatures, as the heat can cause the plastic to melt and affect the quality of the furniture.
