Before confirming your order, it's very important to ensure that the furniture can be accessed through all the different entrances: doorways, gates, elevators, and stairs until it can be placed in the chosen location.

We recommend that you follow these instructions to avoid any incidents or possible returns on the day of delivery, as these will be the customer's responsibility:

1. Confirm that access areas are clear and wide enough for the furniture to enter.
2. It's important to measure the width and height of all access points, such as the doorway, stairs (width, height, and railings), turns, landings, and access points within the house in the different rooms that need to be traversed, and ensure they are wide enough for the furniture to fit through. Compare all the above measurements with the furniture's dimensions and check that there's enough space to fit it in.
3. It is important to measure the interior width, height, and depth of elevator doors in case they are to be used.
4. If the furniture does not enter the house, Rue Vintage 74 SL is not responsible for the costs of returning the furniture, with the customer being responsible for any shipping costs and any damages.
5. If the furniture does not fit into the house and an external elevator is required to bring it into the home, Rue Vintage 74 SL will not be responsible for the necessary costs.

Our garden collection is 100% handcrafted and designed with the imperfections inherent in its manufacturing process. This isn't technically outdoor furniture; however, the iron is powder-coated, suitable for exposure to sunlight and moderate rain. Both the Zellige and travertine will age, revealing their natural beauty. In winter, it's recommended to cover them, as rain and sudden temperature changes can damage the furniture.
Furniture containing iron, in addition to being covered in winter, requires annual maintenance of its paint to compensate for the rust that is inherent in the natural life of wrought iron. Cushion and mattress covers are made with technical fabrics for outdoor spaces, but should always be stored indoors, away from moisture, when not in use. If stored outdoors in damp conditions, the fabric will deteriorate rapidly. The fillings are not technical, to enhance their comfort. It is recommended that limestone floors be protected with felt. As these are handcrafted pieces, they may contain slight irregularities and imperfections inherent to the artisanal creation process. The pieces may differ slightly from the images as they are unique, handmade creations.
It is important that Zellige furniture covered with plastic covers outdoors is not left in the sun for long periods of time at high temperatures, as the heat can cause the plastic to melt and affect the quality of the furniture.
