Vacuuming: We recommend vacuuming frequently, at least once a week. It is important not to use brush heads or rollers, which could damage the carpet.
Stains: As a general rule, removing a stain requires quick action to prevent it from drying. Most stains are easy to remove as long as you act immediately. We recommend not taking your carpets to the dry cleaners too often. If it is absolutely necessary, always make sure that the dry cleaner is a specialist.
